Rejuvenates Skin

Drinking enough water brings moisture to your skin. It gives your skin greater elasticity & rejuvenates skin tissues. Many women invest in expensive moisturizers & creams to deal w. their dry skin & to achieve a more youthful glow. Drink filtered water, particularly if your local tap water contains any impurities. Standard recommendation is 8 (8 oz.) glasses of water daily. If you are physically active, you will want to drink more. If you are very small in size & not very active, you can probably drink less. Important thing is to drink water regularly. Thirst is a signal that your body has been dehydrated for some time.

Improves Dark Circles

Staying hydrated & eating well-balanced meals will go a long way to eliminate dark circles. If you suffer from dark circles, carry around a bottle of water throughout your day & sip from it regularly. Also, examine your diet to be sure that you are including adequate amounts of fruits & vegetables.  

Decreases Fatigue

Some people experience fatigue that gives them dull eyes & a drooping face. Dehydration is one of causes of fatigue. Drinking more water at regular intervals will help to energize you. Green tea is also known to be a good remedy for fatigue.

Acne sufferers often see a difference when they start drinking more water & other healthy liquids. Water w. lemon & herbal teas are also good healers of acne. They help to remove the acidic conditions that lead to development of acne. Staying properly hydrated will cleanse your body of toxins that lodge in your organs & lead to skin eruptions.
